A ticket was bought, everything was sold or given away, 2 flights and nearly 9,000 miles later has landed me across the world.

Our travels begin in Singapore. It’s been a little over 48 hours and I’ve already walked almost 20 miles. (click here for the most comfortable shoes that have been a dream to walk around the city in.)

This is the cleanest city I’ve ever been to. The quietest too. They’re a quiet people here, very respectful.

There is a definite sense of mindfulness, from the encouraging street signs, to the demeanor of the people.

Today I met with an owner of a yoga & art studio, Canvass, and we discussed connection, community and the power of feminine energy over pink rose bud tea and dumpling soup.

I was stuck on repeat in LA, like a broken record, repeating the same motions day in and day out. All it took was the littlest bit of courage, some trust in the universe and the decision to do something different, to completely change my life. And here we are now!
