Her practice is practical and she emphasizes functional movement and feeling good. Learn new techniques, participate in community and be an active participant in your own well-being practice.

IN-PERSON CLASSES

All classes are always all levels. Miki teaches an approachable yet playful class, that will help you realize how capable you are.

ONLINE YOGA

Practice with Miki from anywhere in the world with weekly zoom yoga and workouts. Classes are 45—60 minutes and all levels, always.

2 blocks are recommended, but not required.

Private Lessons

Are you looking to start a yoga practice but don’t feel confident enough to practice in a studio? Do you have specific fitness goals you want to achieve? Are you healing from an injury and need specialized attention? Do you want an hour of one-on-one attention and hands on adjustments?
